Matt brings a rare blend of board-level leadership, commercial acumen and people-focused insight to his work as an associate trainer. With a background as a CEO and Managing Director across manufacturing, innovation and international sales, he has led businesses through transformation in challenging markets—turned around toxic cultures and underperforming teams as well as enabling great teams to be even better and exceeding what they thought they were capable of.
He holds an Honours Degree in Engineering and an MBA from Warwick Business School (with a dissertation in Innovation), combining academic rigour with practical know-how. A published author on resilience “Nuclear Powered Resilience” and mental agility, Matt helps leaders understand how to manage their minds as well as their business challenges.
