She has successfully driven organisational change, and having worked across multiple sectors, she is adept at identifying the core issues and addressing them effectively.
A passionate advocate for continuous learning, Amandeep is currently pursuing a Professional Doctorate in ‘Advanced Practice and Research in Organisational Consultancy’, employing a systems-psychodynamic framework. She holds a degree in Psychology, a Masters in Positive Psychology and a ICF Professional Coach Diploma.
