Wayne is a business change, consulting and training expert who since 1998 has worked in Leadership and Business Development roles within the public and private sector. He has successfully led ambitious high growth strategies, mergers, acquisitions and integration – all with a focus on driving strong commercial outcomes, forming winning sales operations and driving performance.
He is a certified trainer, practiced coach and team development expert with a PhD in Biochemistry from Hull University. Wayne started his career in Sales with Mars (in their UK Petcare division), before moving into sales management and director roles. This is where he developed his passion for people and development. Wayne is based in the UK and has supported clients globally.
