Sophie has a BA Hons in Professional Stage Management from the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. She enjoys utilising her creativity and problem-solving skills to support the BLT team with the day to day running of the business. Before working with BLT, Sophie worked as hotel receptionist for St Austell Brewery at the awarding winning Masons Arms in Branscombe. Prior to this role she toured as a freelance stage manager supporting productions across the UK.
