Rachel is an accomplished leadership coach and communications expert who reported and presented for the BBC for nearly twenty years, before pivoting into professional development.
Her journalistic career was predominantly spent presenting on the BBC’s flagship 24-hour News Channel, where she covered both domestic and international news and was highly adept at handling fast-moving stories, slippery politicians and vigorous debate.
Now an ICF-accredited coach, Rachel brings her journalist’s passion for challenging questions, powerful listening and fact-led storytelling to her coaching and training work, creating a safe, playful and stretching space in which her clients can explore and expand their own leadership and communication style. She works with individuals, as well as designing and leading group coaching engagements, masterclasses and interactive workshops.
Her clients span multiple sectors from technology and finance to media and law, but are united by a desire to become effective and confident drivers of their own career development and increase their professional impact.
Her book “The Career Change Guide: Five Steps to Finding Your Dream Job” is published by Penguin.
Rachel is based in the UK.
