Lauren has almost 20 years’ experience in the education sector with a background in college lecturing and over the past 12 years managing the learning and development within multiple international charities. Her expertise lies with the design and integration of e-learning programmes and pathways as well as the development and training of people through scenario driven training in the international disaster response sector. Lauren has a honours degree in Combined studies and sports education, holds her post-graduate certificate in education and has more recently completed her CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in Advanced Learning And Development and is a qualified Associate Member of the Chartered Institue of Personnel and Development.
