Starting his career in export sales in Sheffield’s steel industry, Jason went on to set up a training business in Germany after the fall of the Wall where he began supporting management restructuring campaigns at DaimlerChrysler and Siemens.

Through a German-Chinese MBA programme at the Berlin School of Economics he worked with Allianz/Asia-Pacific and later on with the German pharma Merck/SE Asia on organizational culture and communication.

Jason brings together over 20 years of experience in coaching, corporate training and facilitation enabling sales teams and leaders to perform more effectively in their changing roles. He combines a professional methodological ability with broad sector knowledge; particularly in finance, with Deutsche Bank and Berenberg; in life sciences, with Merck and CSL Behring; in industry, with Siemens and Thyssen Krupp; and in shipping, with Maersk and Hapag-Lloyd.

Jason also works with a broad range of DACH-based SMEs supporting their B2B sales teams with strategy, pitching and negotiations; with agile projects; and training communication techniques for conflict management and the art of persuasion.

Parallel to corporate work, he lectures at a German business school in strategy & innovation, organisational behaviour, and doing business in emerging markets.
He has also worked as an economics journalist for the Swiss bank UBS, as editor of Sales & Purchasing – a German business journal, and has written a book about the start-up culture in eastern Germany.

He is based in Germany and delivers training in both German and English.
