Jane has extensive experience in management and leadership gained across 21 years of working within the business environment in global companies such as Mars and WBA. She has held senior positions in the UK and in international teams, working initially in Sales & Account Management roles before moving into Insights and Strategy.
Whilst training and development has been part of many of her roles within the corporate environment, in 2020 Jane took the step to become a full-time trainer.

In addition to training, Jane is a keen sportswoman, enjoying cycling and captaining her local hockey team.
