Before moving into training and coaching Grethe cut her teeth in an international business environment and builds upon +20 years in leading roles in international companies where she held management positions within sales and marketing.
Having facilitated more than 1000 business cases focusing on the development of personal skills in the intersection of demanding conversations and strong commercial outcomes she understands the importance of addressing key teaching points targeted her audience. Her ambition is to help professionals strengthen their communication capabilities to ensure strong long-lasting business results and enjoys the development process of each individual.
She is known for having a practical approach to the teaching process and draws on her international experience in commercial, economics and coaching.
Based in Denmark, Grethe works internationally and delivers training in English and Danish.
