Anders Lingjærde Mørk is a senior consultant in business development, sales, and customer experience with more than 20 years of international consulting experience. He has worked across industries including retail, banking, real estate, automotive, and agriculture, with a strong track record of helping organisations become more customer-focused and commercially effective.
He specialises in dealer development and has extensive experience supporting machinery and spare parts businesses within agriculture and heavy construction equipment.
Known for his energy, clarity, and hands-on approach, Anders combines strategic insight with practical implementation. He has led major transformation initiatives, including restructuring dealership operations and developing growth strategies for large retail chains.
In addition to his consulting work, Anders is a network leader within The Enterprise Federation of Norway (Virke), co-author of the book “The Change Code”, and an active contributor to the behavioural economics community in Norway.
