Gemma has more than 20 years of international experience as an executive coach, team coach, leadership facilitator, and organizational psychologist. She partners with leaders and teams across industries to strengthen leadership capability, navigate change, improve collaboration, and achieve sustainable high performance.
Her coaching integrates psychology, neuroscience, and evidence-based coaching to help leaders enhance self-awareness, resilience, strategic thinking, communication, and influence. In addition to coaching, she delivers leadership development programmes and team coaching interventions for international organizations.
Gemma is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), the highest credential awarded by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She holds a degree in Clinical and Organizational Psychology and is the author of Secretos de tu cerebro: claves para la neurofelicidad y el neurocoaching (Secrets of Your Brain: keys to neurohappiness and neurocoaching).
