Tessa supports organisations to develop their people. She provides coaching, assessment and development services to leaders and teams to enable them to thrive. She founded Developing Talent Ltd in 2008 to unlock potential, improve engagement and enable higher performance. She is an expert in Mental Fitness and developing resilience at work.
After experiencing the power of mindfulness to improve her own focus and ability to manage stress, Tessa trained with Exeter University and the University of Oxford to teach evidence-based mindfulness techniques in organisations. She specialises in designing Mental Fitness programmes covering a wide range of techniques to help people change how they feel, think and act. Tessa shares her experience as an Advisory Board Member of the Mindful Workplace Community.
