Samantha is the Managing Director of Business Linked Teams and has over 20 years of experience in working with international organisations to help them to maximise the capability of their people resource to achieve outstanding business results.
During her career, Samantha has worked in many different roles related to the strategic development of people and draws her experience from variety of sectors including Manufacturing, Engineering, Retail, Mining and IT. She has a passion for enabling highly complex, highly technical organisations to implement global people development solutions that deliver against the long term needs of the organisation.
As Managing Director of Business Linked Teams, Samantha’s aim is to bring the very latest concepts and approaches in people development to our clients in a way that is completely tailored to their business.
Samantha has a degree in Business and HR Management and is a fully qualified Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
