He also has a broad range of leadership and management skills which he utilises when delivering management training in areas such as coaching, leadership, assertiveness, goal setting, strategy, planning and prioritising.
Mats is dedicated to people development and improvement and has been described as an inspirational trainer.
With a career spanning 2 decades his employment history includes senior sales management and consulting positions with international companies including Teliasonera AB, Talia International Enterprises and Predire Group AB.
After his university degree in Civil Engineering, Mats trained in leadership, management, sales development, economics, quality development and training delivery. Mats speaks Swedish, Norwegian and English.
