Lars has a high level of expertise in change management, leadership, sales and customer relations. He is result and customer driven with over 10 years experience of developing managers, leaders and sales organisations. ​

He is open, socially outgoing and easily sees things from different directions, this allows him to quickly win the trust of people he works with. Lars is passionate about developing individuals and organisations to increase performance. ​

He has designed and delivered training for clients including Edvantage Group, Ericsson and Penna Human Capital Management AB.​

Lars is based in Sweden and is fluent in Swedish and English
