Justin is a sales trainer and consultant, with a wealth of experience in direct sales and sales management roles. For the last 10 years, he has been involved in training and people development, in a range of industries including retail, manufacturing, medical and media.
Justin's experience in developing sales forces includes defining training needs, designing and delivering training, and evaluating training results. His recent clients have included Nike, Bayer Chemical, Intel, Volvo, Johnson & Johnson Medical and Virgin Atlantic.
Before entering the field of training, Justin was a highly skilled Sales Manager, increasing sales volume within key accounts such as Lucent Technology, Henkel, and Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation. He also held positions such as Development Manager and Regional Training Manager.
Justin is a certified instructor for MBTI and PI assessment tools and is a certified IPMA trainer. He is based in Shanghai, and trains in Mandarin and English.
