Sales and Leadership Trainer
Janusz is a highly experienced trainer, specialising in sales skills, sales management, leadership and coaching.
He has 15 years experience and has delivered training in industries including medical, IT, automotive, real estate, production and finance. Janusz has worked for clients such as Abbot, Bayer, Oracle, IBM, Volvo, Citroën, ING, Nestle, Allianz and Avon.
Janusz graduated as a Biologist at Jagiellonian University and went on to receive a PhD. He started his sales career as a regional sales representative, then as a Country Manager for Becton Dickinson. As a Sales Director for a global company, he spent 14 years actively selling and training his sales staff.
Janusz is fluent in Polish, English and Russian and is based in Poland.
