Gary has more than two decades of leadership experience in FTSE 100 organisations and is a skilled communicator having appeared in live interviews on national radio and television in the UK. He is an accredited leadership and team coach who works with organisations globally, to help them create a high performance culture and build leadership capability for improved levels of engagement, productivity and results.
Throughout his career, Gary led remote based teams and built up valuable experience in improving engagement through leading remotely. He also has extensive experience of leading change, managing supply chains and leading major restructures including insourcing and outsourcing. He has always been passionate about developing authentic, impactful leaders who motivate and inspire others and developing high performing teams.
Now as a consultant, Gary has enjoyed working across many different sectors and has delivered leadership development programmes and coaching across the UK, USA and EMEA.
He has completed leadership development programmes at Cranfield University and Henley Management College in the UK. He holds a Diploma in Transformational Coaching through the EMCC and is also an accredited Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team coach/trainer.
