David Solomon is an experienced designer and facilitator of Leadership, Communication and Change Management Training Programmes.
David’s areas of expertise are in a range of management skills including Change Leadership, Sales, Negotiation Skills and Managing Conflict. David is also accredited to use a range of psychometric tools including Myers Briggs and Bolton & Bolton People Styles.
David’s recent experience has included working in a number of engineering and manufacturing organisations with their leadership teams and he has also been delivering programmes for Konecranes, BP, Santander, the NHS, The Cabinet Office, Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Cass Business School, Optimum Releasing and Cello Group.
David graduated in Mathematical Statistics and Operational Research and spent a year in the City of London before going to RADA and training as an actor. After 5 years as a professional actor he worked as a video, CD-ROM and e-learning designer and producer for clients including the NHS Executive, the Patent Office, Goldman Sachs and BP before becoming a trainer.
David is based in the UK.
