Andrey is an experienced trainer and facilitator specialising in the design and delivery of sales and management training and team building.
During 11 years in the field of people assessment and development, he has delivered over 600 training courses and seminars on various topics and developed several training programmes.
Andrey has worked as a Training and Assessment Manager in international companies such as Coca-Cola HBC, Lafarge and Fortum. He has delivered training for the following clients: Unilever, Effes, Shell, Saint-Gobain, JTI, Huhtamaki , Pernod Ricard, Agco Machinery, Marc O'Polo.
Andrey has also worked as a trainer for the biggest Russian national companies: Rosatom, Severstal, MECHEL, Surgutneftegaz, EuroCement, GAZ group, Sibneftemash, Chelyabenergo, Vimpeltelecom and Rostelecom.
As well as training, Andrey has experience in recruiting and interviewing, performance management, HR processes implementation and assessment and development organisation.
He has a Diploma in Civil Construction Engineering, is a native Russian speaker and is fluent in English.
