Allison is a highly effective and experienced sales facilitator and performance coach, with a background of over 18 years in sales and sales leadership roles. Allison has facilitated leadership, sales leadership/coaching and sales workshops globally in a broad range of business sectors including health care, food, IT, financial, consulting, professional services, publishing and media amongst others.​

Allison’s background in sales leadership roles with global organisations such as Thomson Reuters, The National Post in Canada and Sprint Nextel has given her a wealth of experience in all aspects of sales and leadership. For the last 10 years Allison has worked as a consultant in sales performance, coaching, leadership development, change management, personal coaching and counselling. She is known as an engaging and high energy facilitator with a strong emphasis on application to the sales and business environment. She has conducted workshops in Canada, Europe, Scandinavia and Asia-Pacific, including China, Hong Kong, Singapore, India, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Belgium, Netherlands, UK, and extensively in the USA.​
