Alan is a qualified and experienced trainer with a high level of expertise in designing and delivering leadership, procurement, presentation skills and negotiation training. Alan is also a qualified coach and is passionate about helping people achieve their best. He has a wide experience of working at all levels, from new starters to executive coaching at Board level, with a focus on supporting and guiding middle management in their growth and development.
Alan brings to his training over 30 years’ experience of working in Advertising, Production and Learning and Development and has worked extensively with clients from Automotive, OTC Pharmaceutical and Horticulture sectors.
Alan is also certified NLP practitioner.
