Steven is an experienced sales and leadership trainer and coach and has worked with organisations from a wide range of industries including IT, telecom, manufacturing and media. His recent clients include Doosan, Cisco, Volvo, IBM, Caterpillar, Qualcomm, Sony, Volkswagen, CANON, Samsung, China Telecom, Autodesk, Sanyi Group, Midea Group, Tencent Technology, China Express Mail Service, Citic-Prudential etc.

Steven is very interested in the psychological side of sales and is an expert in people selling, psychological assessment, EQ and cross-culture communication. He regularly conducts group coaching workshops and one on one executive coaching sessions.

On his career path, he has accumulated rich sales management experience for Fortune 500 enterprises, such as Lucent, Cisco, Motorola and Manpower, and showed strong leadership in sales team management and business performance management. He was a Sales Director at Motorola, setting up a business team for key accounts, and a Business Development Director in Manpower, leading a consultant / researcher team for MNC HR recruitment and talent management services.

Steven has a Science Masters Degree with an MBA and is a Certified International Coach. He is a native Mandarin speaker and can train fluently in English.
