He delivers programmes such as Sales Management, Facilitation Trainer Skills, Leadership, Negotiation Skills, Key Account Management, Telesales, Call Centre Skills, Presentation Skills and Proposal Writing. Paul regularly runs training workshops for coaches and other trainers.
He has worked with companies across a range of sectors, such as banking, insurance, medical, logistics, IT, utility, manufacturing, automotive, travel, retail, wholesale, chemical, construction and publishing including British Gas, HSBC, IBM, Kuehne & Nagel, KONE, Nissan, and Tesco.
Paul is the author of ‘The Learner’s Pocketbook’ and ‘The Personal Success Pocketbook’, both of which have been translated into numerous languages and sold over 40,000 copies.
A truly global consultant, Paul has worked in over 20 countries, including America, Japan, Dubai, Brazil, France, Turkey, Poland, Latvia and Egypt.
He holds the Institute of Personnel and Development’s ‘Certificate in Training and Development’ and is a Fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management by achievement.
