Objective
To develop the leadership capability of line managers globally so that they could lead their teams to work in a harmonised way, deliver value to the customer and achieve growth and profitability targets
Approach
The programme was created as a result of a series of collaborative cross functional design meetings and internal analysis to identify the changes in behaviour and ways of working required.
Once programme objectives and critical success factors were identified, we worked with the global HR team to develop a 3 day leadership programme that was aligned to profitability targets and focused on creating high performing teams that can work in a harmonised way to deliver value to the customer.
The programme has been adapted in order to reflect the geographical business needs of each country and has been delivered in English, German, Norwegian, Finnish and Swedish.
By the end of the rollout more than 700 people will have been trained.
