Marek has over 20 years sales experience, of which 15 years were in one of the largest FMCG corporations in the world. During 6 years as a head of district, Marek managed a sales team of more than 70 people, which gave him valuable practical experience in implementing short and long term sales strategies and building sales teams.
Marek specialises in management, coaching and leadership training in addition to sales skills, negotiation and customer service.
He also co-founded one of the first electronic systems to support sales (sales force automation) and oversaw the implementation and rollout to users. He is a graduate of the Academy of Business Trainers in Katowice (postgraduate) and is a recognised Master Practitioner of NLP.
