James has facilitated leadership and sales development workshops for more than 15 years, working with companies such as Achieveglobal and Mercuri International. He has developed, designed and delivered behaviour change based programmes on a variety of topics such as leadership, team productivity, cross function collaboration and execution of strategy for many multinational organisations in wide variety of industries. James also provides professional coaching services for clients as an executive coach.

He has more than 16 years of experience in developing sales teams to achieve top results through training in sales and helping clients better understand and assess their training needs. He has a highly enthusiastic and energetic delivery style, which, combined with extensive experience and expertise in training, makes him a very charismatic trainer.

James holds a Masters Degree in Environmental Engineering and graduated from the Institute of Psychology / CAS, with a Major in Application of Psychology in HRM. He is ACC certified by ICF, and trains in Mandarin and English.

James is based in China.
