Allison is a highly effective and experienced sales facilitator and performance coach, with a background of over 18 years in sales and sales leadership roles. Allison has facilitated leadership, sales leadership/coaching and sales workshops globally in a broad range of business sectors including health care, food, IT, financial, consulting, professional services, publishing and media amongst others.

Allison’s background in sales leadership roles with global organisations such as Thomson Reuters, The National Post in Canada and Sprint Nextel has given her a wealth of experience in all aspects of sales and leadership. For the last 10 years Allison has worked as a consultant in sales performance, coaching, leadership development, change management, personal coaching and counselling. She is known as an engaging and high energy facilitator with a strong emphasis on application to the sales and business environment. She has conducted workshops in Canada, Europe, Scandinavia and Asia-Pacific, including China, Hong Kong, Singapore, India, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Belgium, Netherlands, UK, and extensively in the USA.
