The future of behavioural training and development in the digital world

It is generally accepted in the business community that digital transformation is a hugely
positive development and changing business models to a point where operating globally
should be less arduous and more efficient. As the world becomes increasingly connected,
the traditional challenges of keeping businesses afloat in numerous global markets should,
in theory be long gone. However, it’s not all as easy as it seems. A 2016 survey by Deloitte
found that only 13 percent of companies believe they are optimising their leaders despite
advances in digital processes. If organisations are to increase their global market share
and the potential and capability of their global leaders, they must also embrace the digital
transformation that is happening in leadership training programmes.
